I was really on the fence about booking a wedding coordinator and was not sure if it was really going to be worth the money. Ultimately, I decided that I was not a wedding expert and needed some professional help!

And goodness, I am SO THANKFUL I HIRED VENNA. Venna was very supportive leading up the the wedding and helped me think of finer details that I wouldn’t otherwise think of myself.

Venna then facilitated our wedding ceremony rehearsal and she was so patient and organized in navigating our friends and family.

On the wedding day, Venna arrived to the venue early and flawlessly executed my vision and more. Venna is so creative and she interacted with our venue, vendors and guests so well. So much so, that our guests wished they could hire her if she lived in Colorado 😌

If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, just do it! Venna knows what she is doing, is very organized, and always went above and beyond. She asked questions that we would never have thought of and went over details that we definitely would have over looked. I had the pleasure of working with Venna for my sister in law’s baby shower. I bit off more than I can chew and didn’t know what to do prior to meeting with her. She checked in with me regularly, communicated clearly, and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule. She made great suggestions on every aspect of the whole party, from the decorations, to the food, to party favors. The decorations came out so well. I especially love that she encouraged the use of furniture we already had for the decorations and somehow made them look great – as in she found a use for a rusty shoe rack we had that ended up looking great. The whole day was a huge success thanks to her. I wouldn’t hesitate asking for her help again for a big event.

Venna is awesome! Our wedding day wouldn’t have run so smoothly without her there. From the moment we booked her as our coordinator we knew we were in great hands. She made sure to schedule monthly check ins with us leading up to the big day to give us advice and help us plan out all the small details. On the day of the wedding she made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger and took care of all the behind the scenes work and coordinated setup with all the vendors.
